About This Software
In today’s dynamic global environment, maintaining a strong, efficient, and secure financial supply chain is critical. As an open interchange operating in the cloud, PrimeRevenue is revolutionizing financial supply chain management by allowing clients to optimize working capital and strengthen their financial supply chain.
Clients cite the multi-funder platform feature as one of the main reason why they chose PrimeRevenue, particularly because they see many limitations to having their financial supply chain program funded by only one bank. PrimeRevenue works with more than 50 financial institutions, and in this competitive multi-funder environment, pricing tends to be much lower when compared to other supply chain finance programs managed by a single bank. PrimeRevenue also provides a unique, detailed analysis of spending and identifies how much cash flow can be generated.
PrimeRevenue’s business model is based on developing new software and service solutions for its clients, their suppliers and funding partners as well as constantly innovating its existing platforms. In terms of other key differentiators, we have: 1) a highly developed consulting process around Program Design, 2) limitless access to the capital market (unlike the limitation of a single bank) for funding purposes and 3) we have virtually no jurisdictional, currency or credit capacity limitations. In summary, our Business Model is one of an open, funder independent, services and industry-leading technology company where we measure our success based upon the buyer and suppliers’ attainment of working capital and cash flow objectives.
PrimeRevenue entered into two critical partnerships in 2016. The first was with AIG, which underwrites and insures credit risk so that mid-market and low/non-rated companies can gain inexpensive access to working capital for the first time. Financing is provided by PrimeRevenue Capital Management, which gives insurance companies, pension funds, hedge funds, capital market investors and banks the opportunity to fund. PrimeRevenue also partnered with SAP Ariba. This partnership merges multi-funder supply chain financing platform with an integrated source-to-pay process allowing for improved relationship, transactional and financial data. This also creates a closed-loop system that links pertinent transactional data and supply chain financing activities faster, more accurately, and more easily. Additionally, this partnership results in the deployment of excess cash to capture millions in dynamic early-pay discounts while improving working capital performance and increased free cash flow. Another benefit is that this alliance provides an easy integration as PrimeRevenue has a very tight integration directly to the SAP Ariba network with no additional integration effort required, potentially saving days even weeks of extra work.
PrimeRevenue has offices in Prague, Czech Republic; Atlanta, USA; London, UK; and Hong Kong, SA. In other regions we have setup strategic relationships with key partners to deliver and support supply chain finance solutions such as Ubiq (Beirut, Lebanon), Propell (Cape Town, South Africa), Opus Capita (Norway) and EFactor Network (Monterrey, Mexico). The strategic partners listed above provide a range of support including implementation and support services but this support does not extend to releases, maintenance or programming.
