It’s crucial to have a modern, agile expense management process in place to track expenses, control fraud, and reduce spend that directly affects your organizations’ bottom line. An outdated, hard to use and inflexible expense management process makes employees, AP departments and CFOs frustrated and unhappy.
This webcast will bring clarity to the three tenets of a modern, agile expense management process:
- Understand the policies your organization has in place today.
- Decide what to keep and what needs to be improved upon to make it modern.
- Learn how to maintain your modern expense management process through agile business processes as your business evolves.
Join Jimmy LeFever of PayStream Advisors and Jeremy Soto and Jeff Devier of Chrome River as they review the latest expense management research and what it reveals about creating a sensible, cost-effective program. You’ll also hear real-life stories of customer configurations.
