When it comes to improving working capital, choosing the right approach and tool is not as easy as it seems, especially considering the many options available for organizations. On the one hand, there’s supply chain finance (SCF), otherwise known as reverse factoring, which offers organizations the chance to increase their payment terms while providing their suppliers with the options to get paid early. There’s also the option to set up an early payment discount program, whereby a company receives a discount on a supplier’s invoice in exchange for paying the supplier early. In the end, the choice between SCF and discounting can be difficult—a choice that can paralyze some. Fortunately, with the proper preparation and execution, a company does not have to choose between the two.
This webinar seeks to silence the noise around various working capital options, and to help organizations understand how they can leverage a special mix of these options for their unique business needs.
